Each of our chauffeurs and global affiliates is selected
because they are the best.
As well as fulfilling all relevant legislative and licensing requirements, they must all have a strong pedigree of providing a premium service and have specific experience of financial sector related services, especially roadshows, conferences and special events.
We stipulate clearly the standards we expect and monitor them through regular appraisals of their performance and not just the quality of their vehicles and chauffeurs but also the speed and accuracy with which they manage and administer the services they provide.
We conduct regular visits to our affiliates and we have introduced our ‘Test Drive’ [Link to Test Drive page] initiative to ensure their standards of service are met from our clients’ perspective also.
It is because we strive to add value for our clients at every opportunity that we look for ways of strengthening our proposition. Our chauffeurs and affiliates are paramount in enabling Driven Worldwide to achieve this, which is why we always try to treat them with respect and empathise with their own priorities and objectives.
Legal & Service Level Agreements
Driven Worldwide is unusual, if not unique in that we issue a comprehensive legal agreement with each and every chauffeur or affiliate that performs services for Driven Worldwide or on our behalf.
This agreement covers two main areas:
Obviously, such an agreement is just a frame of reference and a starting point for a professional relationship but it clarifies what we can and should expect from each other. We believe that it only adds integrity to our chauffeur and affiliate relationships and affords our clients the protections they seek and deserve, especially in critical areas such as client confidentiality.
