Dedicated Project Management
All events have a dedicated project manager to advise on timings, vehicles and specialist drivers who know the local pick up restrictions. Where necessary, we will have a dry run.
Event Management
Our experienced staff will keep in close touch with the drivers, the event organisers and the passengers to ensure a seamless experience. Where necessary they will handle queries and personally escort people into cars.
Specialist Event Chauffeurs
All our chauffeurs are highly trained and experienced in large event transportation. They are familiar with the major convention centres and exhibition venues, major hotels and key transport hubs.
Projects Constantly Monitored
Our operations department is staffed 24 hours a day and every project is constantly monitored. The operations team can respond to any changes in schedule or unforeseen circumstances instantly.
Contingency Planning
We familiarise ourselves with local trains, taxis and airports so we can deal with unforeseen changes to the schedule. This has been successfully put to the test in heavy snow, motorway closures and airport strikes.

Wherever your event, all our drivers are security checked, have full references and excellent knowledge of venues and convention centres. They are exceptionally well presented and speak fluent English.
