    Higher risk locations

    When we undertake a high security booking, it is overseen personally by the operations director who has final sign off in all decisions surrounding the booking. In all cases, FCO advice is closely adhered to in conjunction with assessment provided by local agents.

    A high risk location is a country or region where the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) suggest that additional precautions are necessary for travel.

    High risk locations are flagged by PalmTree™, our operating system, using real-time geo-security data. These bookings are managed by our high security team who will carry out a complete risk assessment and provide a feasibility report.

    We have spent years finding and assessing trusted partners  in higher risk parts of Europe, South and Central America, The Middle East and Africa. They provide local knowledge and real time risk assessments for any project we are undertaking.

    24/7 monitoring

    High security projects are monitored around the clock by our experienced staff who keep in close touch with the driver, any security partner, the passenger and the passenger’s team to ensure a seamless and stress free experience for all.

    Specialist security partner

    Where appropriate we will source an English speaking, highly trained security expert to work with your team and travel with the passenger if necessary.  The security partner may carry out test runs of each journey and plan alternative routes to ensure optimum security.

    We will source the most appropriate cars for the job. Where the risk is not high clients choose from the range of executive cars available. In higher risk situations we may recommend cars that blend in with the background and don’t draw attention to a VIP or high risk passenger.

    We plan and manage business class chauffeur cars for executives operating out of 106 countries. Project teams ensure international transfers or single journeys run like clockwork and travel managers are always kept informed.

    For air travel Driven Worldwide will arrange for professional chauffeurs to meet passengers with personalised name boards.  The chauffeurs will see to their luggage and ensure rapid transfer through the airport to a comfortable business class car.   Onboard, there will be refreshments and quiet comfort for the passenger.

    We source larger luxury cars or minibuses for parties of executives travelling together.  Vehicles are selected so that teams can talk and work on their journey if necessary whilst delivering consistent, business class comfort.

    Airport transfers

    Driven Worldwide’s operating system, PalmTree™ links with Flight Checker and Google Maps to ensure up to date travel information. Passengers have a dedicated phone number to keep in touch with their chauffeur.

    We operate in 1500 locations in 106 countries.  We source professional chauffeurs with excellent local knowledge for VIPs who need a car for a day or for a set period.  The chauffeur will work in an ‘as directed’ capacity.
